I opened my first personal training studio with golf emphasis in 2003. In 2008 (48 years old) I moved it into the Harmon Golf and Fitness Center where I had my golf club membership.

What is a kinematic sequence? Quickly, it's how you swing, the sequence that you hit the ball. It goes hips, trunk, arms, and club. And it's like a whip, whip, whip.
If I took a towel and I tried to whip you and I just waved it at you, it would only have so much speed and power.
But if I snapped it, it would generate a lot more power because, when something decelerates, the other thing accelerates.
Why the pros hit it so far and they make it look effortless is because they have four whips.
Their hips start, then it stops. Then the trunk takes over, then it stops. Then the arms take over, then the club takes over.
It happens so fast the only way they can see it is really with these crazy computer machines.
As I look back at my life, even in baseball, I was athletic, but I couldn't throw the ball very far or fast.
I could never be a pitcher and I could never be a home run hitter because I was all arms. I was never taught how to use my lower body in the right sequence.
So during this program, all the exercises are going to be revolved around making sure that you're in the right plane, you're doing the right sequence.
